AUTHORIZATION DISCLOSURE

By signing above, each listed business and business owner/officer (individually and collectively, "you") authorizes Edmond Dantes Consulting Inc. d/b/a Pro Funding Options (the "Company") and its representatives, successors, assigns, and designees, including any third parties involved in or that may acquire commercial financing products with daily repayment features or purchases of future receivables, including revenue-based financing transactions (collectively, "Recipients"), in connection with your application and any related transaction (collectively, "Transactions"), to:

1. Obtain consumer/personal, business, and investigative reports and other information about you, including credit card processor statements and bank statements, from one or more consumer reporting agencies (including TransUnion, Experian, and Equifax) and from other credit bureaus, banks, creditors, and other third parties.
2. Transmit this application, together with any information obtained in connection with this application, to any or all Recipients for the purposes described above.

You also authorize any creditor or financial institution to release any information relating to you to the Company and to each Recipient for these purposes.
